OPC (Magic xpi 4.13)
OPC is a software interface standard that allows programs to communicate with industrial hardware devices. An OPC Server is a software application that has been written to one of the OPC specifications. The OPC connector enables secure data collection from PLCs and IoT devices as-well as industrial and measurement equipment. It provides only uni-directional support in Magic xpi 4.13. It can connect with the OPC Server and read the business data without making any modifications to the data on the server.
