Windows Mobile Deployment (Magic xpa 2.x)
Deploying applications with Magic xpa is different than deploying RIA over standard PCs, as the Click Once technology used for regular deployment is not supported for Windows Mobile devices.
RIA applications require the following prerequisites to be installed on the mobile device:

Smart Device Framework
The installation packages for these prerequisites are available in the Scripts\RIA folder. They can be installed by copying them to the mobile device and executing them. The HTML file generated by the Rich Client Deployment Builder contains links to these files for easier installation.
Note that the Rich Client Deployment Builder creates an HTML file that contains links to the prerequisites and the installation files, so you can simply browse from your mobile device to this page and install everything directly from there.
