Users Repository (Magic xpi 3.x)
Magic xpi contains a repository that allows you to add users for an internal security system. You can then assign rights to the users. You can access this repository from the Project menu. For more information, see Magic xpi Security.
To add users to the repository:

From the Project menu, select Properties to open the Project Properties dialog box.

Click the Security tab, and select Internal from the Authentication system drop-down list.

Click OK.

Return to the Project menu, click Users to open the Users Repository.

Click New to activate the next empty line in the repository.

Click in the User ID column and enter an ID number for the user.

Press [Tab] to move to the User Name column and enter a User Name.

Press [Tab] to move to the Remarks column and enter any comments you have for the user. This is optional, but it is recommended that you enter a remark that will help you to identify the user.

Press [Tab] to move to the Rights column. Click the button to the right of the column to open the Users Rights dialog box. Select the check box next to the right or rights that you want to assign to the user and then click OK to return to the Users repository.

Click OK to close the repository and to save the data.
Select a user or group in the repository and click Delete to permanently remove the user or group from the repository.
