UTF16 Encoding (Magic xpa 3.x)

While working with Unicode Blobs in Magic xpa, you need to take into account the differences when handling Blob fields in UTF16 encoding.

  • On a Windows-based system, UTF16 is implemented in little-endian encoding: Microsoft Code Page 1200.

  • On a UNIX-based system, UTF16 is implemented in big-endian encoding: IBM Code Page 1200.
