Troubleshooting - Conversion Utility (Magic xpa 3.x)
This section describes issues affecting the conversion process.
When the -EXPORT or the -PROJECT parameters are not defined, the help page is displayed.
When the export file is found invalid either at the beginning of the procedure or during the procedure, the following text is displayed on the console:
V9 export file is invalid
If the project directory already exists, it should not interfere with the procedure, even if that project directory is not empty.
However, the procedure will not run if there is an .edp file of the same name or if there is a Source subdirectory. If the conversion utility finds either, the conversion process is aborted and the following text is displayed on the console:
The project directory already contains project files.
If the conversion process failed, you should verify that the command line syntax is valid and that the application is in a valid V9 export file format.
