SpecialSkipInMultiEdit (Magic xpa 4.x)

When parked on a multi-line Edit control in a Table control, the up & down arrows scroll through the lines of the multi-line Edit control and not through the table rows.

Setting this flag to Y will make the up & down arrows scroll through the table rows when parked on a multi-line Edit control.

Valid values: Y, N
