SpecialSetParamRemoveEmptyStrings (Magic xpa 4.x)

This feature controls the operation of the SetParam function.

If this flag is set to N, then using the SetParam function with a blank value will not remove the global parameter from the current context.

Valid values: Y, N

Default value: Y
