SpecialRelativeImport (Magic xpa 3.x)

This flag governs the behavior of importing a range of programs.

When the flag is set to Y, the import will keep the reference between them, so it will not matter where they will be added.

When the flag is set to N, the import will regard the reference as-is (as it was done in V9), so it will refer to the exact program number.

Valid values: Y,N

Default value: Y
