SpecialRIAEncryptCache (Magic xpa 3.x)

This flag controls the security of cached files. By default, cached files are encrypted by the server (using the Data Encryption (DES) algorithm, with 64-bit keys) and decrypted by the client while they are loaded into memory. When this flag is set to N, cached files are never encrypted or decrypted.

This setting is only applicable for RIA cache folders.

Note: Up until V3.1, this functionality was achieved using the SpecialClientSecureMessages setting.
