Description

Scheduling Frequencies by Week (Magic xpi 3.x)

The Weekly Schedule type enables us to define an exact time that we want the Scheduler to be invoked; specific days of the week and to repeat every few weeks. For example, we may want to invoke the Scheduler flow only on the weekend.

The table below describes the options available in the Scheduling Frequencies by Week dialog box:

Setting

Description

Every

The number of weeks that the schedule is executed.

We can, for example, define that the Scheduler will be triggered every other week (entering 2) or every fourth week. This does not necessarily mean that this is the end of the month.

Select Days

The days of the week on which the Scheduler will be invoked.

Time(s) to Execute

This is a selection box in which you enter a list of times during the day that you want to trigger the Scheduler.

Click to open the Execution Time list. Add the time(s) of the day that you want to execute the flow.

If no entries are available, it will be triggered at midnight (00:00).
