Scheduler Utility (Magic xpi 4.7)
The Scheduler utility allows you to create schedules for flow invocation. At deployment the Magic xpi Server uses the information in the Scheduler system to invoke flows at the required time periods. You define schedules in the Magic xpi Studio. You activate the service by dragging the Scheduler utility to the trigger area of the flow.
To use the Scheduler utility:

Define a Scheduler service in the Settings dialog box's Service section.

From the Toolbox pane, drag the Scheduler utility to the Trigger area of the flow you want to schedule. The Trigger area is at the top of the main pane.

Double-click or right-click on the Scheduler utility to open the Scheduler Utility dialog box.

Click New to create a new Scheduler.

In the Select Scheduler Service parameter, select the required Scheduler from the drop-down list.

The Scheduler Utility dialog box will then display, in read-only mode, the values that you created in the Settings dialog box's Service section.

Click OK to complete the configuration.
