Forcing Scheduler Invocation

Since version: 4.5

If your project contains a Scheduler that is configured to run, for example, every 24 hours, and the project is not running at the invocation time (for example, due to maintenance), you might have to wait several hours for the next Scheduler invocation.

The Magic Monitor lets you force the immediate invocation of a Scheduler on a specific flow, without changing the next trigger invocation time, once the project is running again. To do this, right-click on a specific Scheduler and select Invoke from the context menu.

A Scheduler invoked in this way will conform to normal Scheduler behavior. If a flow can be invoked (that is, the flow is not disabled, the server is not shutting down, or an existing Scheduler is not already running), an Invoke Flow message will be added to the Space.

A Scheduler trigger invocation from the Magic Monitor will not refer to any set Calendar, and the flow will be triggered as requested by the user.
