Restart (Magic xpi 3.x)

The behavior for the Restart policy is similar to Abort. The Magic xpi Server only creates a recovery object for a flow, ends all threads, calls the user Clean-Up Flow and deletes the activity information. The main difference is that the flow is restarted using the data in the recovery object for the flow sequence. Once the flow is restarted, the flow’s recovery object is deleted.
