Program Generator - Data Repository (Magic xpa 3.x)

When you run the Program Generator from the Data repository you can either execute or generate programs. Two possibilities exist:

• Executing or generating programs for several or all data sources contained in the Data repository.

• Executing or generating one program for a specific data source.

Programs for Multiple Data Sources

To execute or generate programs for more than one data source in one run, move the insertion point above the first line (no line is highlighted).

Then, selecting Options/Generate Program opens the Program Generator dialog box.

When the dialog box opens, it includes a set of default values. You can run the generator immediately with the default values, or you can make any appropriate changes to the option settings and then run the Program Generator.
