Output Arguments (Magic xpa 3.x)
SQL SELECT statements or stored procedures provide Magic xpa with an alternative data view to the standard Main source ordinarily used. When the SQL Command results produce a result table or a data stream, Magic xpa provides the buffers necessary to accept the data. These buffers take the form of virtual variables defined in the SQL Command’s task. The virtual variables must match, in attribute and picture, the data generated by the SQL Command.
