Offline Objects (Magic xpa 3.x)

When you select Offline Objects from the Version Control menu, the Offline Changed Objects list appears. This is a list of all objects that are in writable mode and have a corresponding *_bck.xml file.

The list contains the following columns:

  • Object name – When you are working In Offline mode, the Offline Changed Objects list will only show the Object Name.

  • Checked out by – This column is enabled only while connected to Version Control. While connected to Version Control, this column will have either the current user's name or "Another user". A blank value means that it will not be checked out at all.

  • Conflict – This column is enabled only while connected to Version Control. While connected to Version Control, one of the following options will appear in the column: "No conflict" or "VC version already modified".

  • Action – This column is enabled only while connected to Version Control. The options are: Check out & Keep modifications, Check out & Get latest version, Get Latest version, and No action (default).

The list also contains the Object History button. When you click this button, the history of the current object is displayed. The button is only enabled when the project is connected to Version Control.

This option is disabled when using the Checked out objects strategy.
