What should I do if I get one of the following error messages when working with the Notes DB connector?

  1. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

  2. Could not initialize adaptor. See logger for more info

  3. Due to unexpected event step can not be instantiated. See the log file for more information.

  4. Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

One reason that these errors are displayed is when the Notes DB connector Jar files (Notes.jar and NCSO.jar) are missing from the java\lib folder.
