Description

Test Messaging – JMS (Magic xpa 3.x)

The Test Messaging option, available on the Tools menu when running the messaging component, lets you test your connectivity to JMS Connectivity.

To test your messaging system using the Test Messaging System dialog box, follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Select JMS Connectivity as the Messaging System.

  2. Specify a Queue Factory Name.

  3. Specify a Queue Name.

  4. Specify a Username and Password if required.

  5. Enter a message in the Message box and click Send Message.

  6. Click Read Message to have a message returned to the Message box.
