Logical Files When Using the ISAM Gateway (Magic xpa 3.x)
Each key defined as an index in the Magic xpa Data repository creates a logical file in IBM i.
You can assign a unique name for the logical file in the Index Properties dialog box.
To assign a unique name for the logical file:

From the Index entry in the Index repository, click Alt+Enter to open the Index Properties dialog box.

On the SQL tab, enter the unique name for the logical file in the DB Index name field.
