JD Edwards World Metadata Maintenance (Magic xpi 4.9)
The JD Edwards World Metadata Maintenance dialog box opens when you click Configure in the JD Edwards World Resource Setting window. This dialog box lets you add new modules and operations to the JDEMetadata.xml file, or edit existing ones. It contains the following properties:

Modules

Name
|
The module's name. This editable property is taken from the JDEMetadata.xml file.
|
Description
|
A description of the module. This editable property is taken from the JDEMetadata.xml file.
|
Operations
|
Name
|
The operation's name. This editable property is taken from the JDEMetadata.xml file.
|
File
|
The file name in the DB2/400 database. This editable property is mandatory.
|
Version
Form ID
Job ID
|
The JD Edwards World parameters to be executed. These editable properties are mandatory.

Note:

At least one operation must be defined for each module.
|
The JD Edwards World Metadata Maintenance dialog box has the following buttons in its Modules and Operations sections:

New
|
Creates a new module or operation.
|
Delete
|
Deletes an existing module of operation.
|
When you have finished making changes to the modules and operations in the JDEMetadata.xml file, click OK.
Alternatively, you can click Cancel to close the JD Edwards World Metadata Maintenance dialog box without saving your changes.
