JD Edwards Enterprise One Resource (Magic xpi 4.6)
JD Edwards Enterprise One resources contain the following parameters (parameters in bold are mandatory):

Server Name
|
The JD Edwards Enterprise One server name.
You can either enter the server name, or click to open the Environment Variables List. Here, you can select an environment variable to use as a server name.

Environment
|
Your JD Edwards Enterprise One environment name.
You can either enter the environment name, or click to open the Environment Variables List. Here, you can select an environment variable to use as an environment name.

User Name
|
Your JD Edwards Enterprise One user name.
You can either enter the user name, or click to open the Environment Variables List. Here, you can select an environment variable to use as a user name.

Password
|
Your JD Edwards Enterprise One password.
You can either enter the password, or click to open the Environment Variables List. Here, you can select an environment variable to use as a password.

A password entered as an environment variable is masked by asterisks.

Role
|
Your JD Edwards Enterprise One system role name.
You can either enter the system role name, or click to open the Environment Variables List. Here, you can select an environment variable to use as a system role name.

Connection Pool Size
|
Defines the total number of open connections to the JD Edwards Enterprise One server. The default is 1.
You can either enter the number of connections, or click to open the Environment Variables List. Here, you can select an environment variable to use as the connection pool size.

JD Edwards Enterprise One resources also give you the following buttons:

Validate
|
Click this button to verify that the connection to the JD Edwards Enterprise One server is valid. You will receive a message indicating that the connection is established, or an error message if the connection failed.

Index
|
This button loads the list of available BSFNs into a local index file, called bsfn.xml. You can search these BSFNs later on when you configure the JD Edwards Enterprise One connector.
The file is located in the <project>/jdedwards/<resource name> folder.
