JAVA Alias (Magic xpa 4.x)

The JAVA Alias dialog box displays all of the defined aliases. Some of the JAVA objects have a long class path and when you use these long paths often, it becomes inconvenient to repeatedly type them. This dialog box provides an easy way to declare an alias and its full name. This declaration is similar to the JAVA ‘Import’ operation, and is used as a shortcut for long or common names.

The aliases are global and not per package.

Duplicate alias names are not allowed.
