Human and Machine Based Interaction (Magic xpi 3.x)

In some integration projects there is a need to blend between human and machine based interaction. While machine based interaction is completely manageable from within the Magic xpi Server, including sets of definitions of time intervals to approach every system, error management, redundancy and more, human based interaction is a more flexible and less manageable task.

Magic xpi can track and orchestrate human based interaction using the long transaction implementation methodology.

Another part of managing a human based interaction deals with the ability to get information from within a Magic xpi project into the user’s screens. Magic xpi supports several modes of work:

  • Managing human interaction based on emails. The email can contain push buttons to accept or reject the task, passing the answer automatically into the Magic xpi flow.

  • Operations that have several users who can deal with the same task, and where the human interaction is focused on leveling the amount of work across a group of users, needs a specific human workflow solution. Magic xpi offers a workflow solution (W4) that includes the ability to create sophisticated forms, and to manage the workload at any point of time based on parameter settings.
