How Do I Implement Environmental Requirements for a Component? (Magic xpa 3.x)

When you are creating a component, you can specify whether or not you want to specify the environment for that component. If you select the Environment repository, then you will see a series of screens that allow you to specify that individual aspects of the environment become part of the component.

In this instance, we are choosing to make the Environment, Servers, and Logical Names parts of the component be part of the component implementation. For each of these items, more dialog boxes will open, prompting us to select which items we want visible in the component.

When the component is used, these items will be visible when you press the Environment button.
