Fixed License (Magic xpi 3.x)

When working in a multi-project mode, you need to allocate a specific number of threads to be used by each project, based on your license definition. The definition should be made in the in the Assigned License Threads property (under Project > IFS Settings), or directly in the project’s ifs.ini file using:
