Gets the current value for a given environment variable.
The returned value is in Alpha format.

EnvVal (Alpha envvar)

Parameter:

envvar: The environment variable as entered in the Environment Variables Repository.
|

Returns:

The current value for the environment variable (Alpha).
|

Note:

Cross-reference for environment variables is supported only if that variable is used in the EnvVal function.
