Enable/Disable Handler (Magic xpa 3.x)
When you use a handler’s Enable property, you can switch the handler on or off during runtime. When you set the Enable property to Yes, the handler is active and is executed according to the settings you defined for the handler. If you set this property to No, the Magic xpa engine ignores the handler.
When this property is set by an expression, the expression is evaluated when the Magic xpa engine reaches the handler.

The enabling condition of a logic unit cannot be based on variables that are defined within the logic unit.
