Deploying Rich Client Applications (Magic xpa 3.x)

A Rich Client application is constructed from a thin .NET client connected to an enterprise server via the Internet or the Intranet. You need to set up the deployment environment to support this.

There are a number of configurations that you should set to make the deployment work properly, including:

This concept paper describes the deployment using the broker as a middleware. For production environments it is recommended to use the space middleware. Refer to the Deploying Applications on GigaSpaces concept paper for additional information.

Mobile Deployment

For information about deploying on mobile devices, see Installing an Application on a Mobile Device or Simulator.

Note: When running an application on mobile devices, you cannot use a Hebrew const file for the server.
