Controlling Error Messages Sent to the Monitor (Magic xpi 4.6)

You can set this flag, which is located in Magic xpi’s ifs.ini file, to include or not include error messages. The value of this flag can be any of the following values, which are comma-delimited:

User – Logs and displays user-defined messages only.

Error – Displays errors and calls to the Error component.

Exec – Displays execution-related messages, such as Server started and flow started. This switch includes Error and User messages.

Service – Displays services-related messages, such as ODS, Lock, and PSS.

All – Displays all messages. (This is the default if the flag does not exist.)

None – Displays no messages.

When more than a single value is populated for this entry, it is important to remember to add the asterisk sign after the equal sign (as shown in our example above).
