Alternate Collating Sequence File (Magic xpa 4.x)
The location and file name of the file which holds an Alternate Collating Sequence repository. A Collating sequence repository holds the information required for sorting values (for example, alphabetical). Alternate Collating Sequence repositories may be used to alter the default repository used by an underlying database manager. Therefore its use is dependent on the underlying database support of such a switch.
It is also possible to define separate Alternate collating sequence (ACS) files for specific database management systems (DBMS) or individual databases if they support the feature. A database-specific ACS file can be declared in the Alternate Collating Sequence setting of the DBMS and Database properties. Any database for which no database-specific Alternate collating sequence file has been defined will default to the Magic.ini ACS section.
