WebSphereMQ services contain the following parameter (a parameter in bold is mandatory):

Select a WebSphereMQ resource from the drop-down list.

You should make sure that you have already configured a WebSphereMQ resource in the Settings dialog box's Resources section before you try to configure your WebSphereMQ service.
