Description

ServiceMax (Magic xpi 4.9)

The ServiceMax connector provides connectivity to ServiceMax. It can be implemented as a trigger or as a step in a flow.

To use the ServiceMax connector, you should make sure that you have:

  • The Magic xpi app that is available from the Salesforce AppExchange. For information about installing the app, click here.

  • A valid Magic xpi license for ServiceMax.

  • Valid Salesforce credentials for the OAuth authorization procedure.
